The Sweet Science is a feature screenplay I wrote in 2018. It is a ScreenCraft semifinalist (FilmFund and Drama Awards), a StoryPros semifinalist, a Filmmatic (Drama Awards and Inroads Fellowship) finalist, a Shore Scripts quarterfinalist, and has been featured on Coverfly’s Red List.
Set in the Toronto analogue ‘Hogtown’, it follows the unconventional story of a competitive boxer whose biggest threat is a timid professor.
